Shipping Costs: We charge only what we pay, no handling fees are added! We try very hard to keep your shipping cost to a minimum.
Shipping Within Canada and to the United States: All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
For Canada: Estimated delivery is within 3-7 business days for most addresses.
If your order is greater than $150 before taxes, shipping charges are FREE.
For U.S.A.: Estimated delivery is within 7-15 business days, excluding any time that your package may be delayed in Customs (for which we have no control).
If your order is greater than $200 before taxes, shipping charges are FREE.
Shipping International (Outside of Canada & U.S.A.): We are happy to ship internationally.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post using the most economical method - International Parcel Surface. Delivery may take up to 6 weeks, excluding any time that your package may be delayed in Customs (for which we have no control). If you would like faster shipping, please contact us and we will provide you estimates for the cost of faster shipping.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees: Shipping charges do not include any customs fees or duties or taxes that may be placed on your package. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs forms will be filled out with the actual total cost of your order and with an accurate description of the products ordered.
We try to ship as quickly as possible! If you place an order on our web site we will ship within two days, as long as we have the item in stock. For patterns we print on a continuous basis and usually replenish our stock within 1 day. If other items such as notions, tools or fabric are out of stock, you will be advised and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
Lost Parcels: Please note that Border Creek Station does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any tracking information that we have for your parcel and aid you in launching an investigation with Canada Post or other carrier for your parcel. However, we cannot reimburse you the cost for any lost parcels. As such, if you would like us to purchase insurance for the contents of your parcel then please email us that request and we will invoice you for the postal insurance.
Returns: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on printed patterns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know the reason for your return. Return it to us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund for the cost of the fabric (not including original shipping charges) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Once we have received the product, I will contact you and the aforementioned refund will be issued. Please note that any product returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its sale-able, original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. As well, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any replacement order. Please ensure adequate packaging and that the product is not damaged in transit.
However, if we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the cost of return shipping. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem for you in a timely manner. Your happiness and satisfaction with our service is important to us.
